1Who we are

The platform is owned and operated by Integrated Lifestyle Commercial Co., commercial registration 7054125849, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Training and nutrition content is based on the experience of S7S and reviewed by our team.

The content is general fitness and nutrition information for educational purposes. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
We do not guarantee specific results. Outcomes vary between individuals based on commitment, condition and many factors outside our control.
If you have a health condition, an injury, or take medication, consult a professional before starting any program.
You are responsible for your own safety while training. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.

The price shown on the page is the final amount you pay, with nothing added on top.
The company is not registered for VAT, so no tax applies to your subscription.
If the company registers later, we will announce it before it applies to any new subscription.
Payment is in Saudi riyals, and you get a receipt by email after each transaction.
Your subscription does not auto renew and nothing is charged without you paying yourself. We remind you before the renewal date.

Your account is personal and must not be shared. You are responsible for any activity on it.
Your details must be accurate, especially your phone and email, since that is how we reach you.
We may suspend any account that breaches these terms or shares paid content outside the platform.

All videos, programs, plans, text and design on the platform are our property and protected by intellectual property rights.
Recording, copying, redistributing or selling any content from the platform is prohibited.
Photos you upload remain yours. We use them only inside your account and reports, and never publish them unless you post them to the community yourself.

Every post is reviewed by the team before it goes live.
Content that breaches public decency or the law is prohibited, and so is abuse of any member.
We may reject or remove any post without prior notice.

We may update these terms and will notify you of any material change before it takes effect.
Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any dispute is resolved amicably, and failing that, by the competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom.
