We explain clearly what data we collect, why, who we share it with, and how you control it.

1What we collect

Account data: your name, email, phone and your encrypted password.
Training data: your answers to the questions, your weight, height, age, goal, training days, injuries and food exclusions.
Your activity: sessions, weights, reps, water intake and logged meals.
Photos you upload to track your progress.
Payments run through a licensed payment gateway. We never store your card details.

You can see all of your data.
S7S and the admin team can see your training data, reports and photos in order to review them and give you feedback.
Other members only see your name and points in the ranking if you enable showing your name, and only what you post yourself in the community.
Your photos are never visible to another member unless you post them yourself.

Your data is stored on servers in Germany (Frankfurt), not inside Saudi Arabia.
Your photos and files are stored on cloud storage in the European Union.
The providers we rely on: Supabase for the database, Vercel for hosting, Cloudflare for storage and the domain, Resend for email, PostHog for analytics, and Sentry for error tracking.
Each of them only reaches the part it needs, and none of them sells your data or uses it for their own purposes.
By subscribing you agree to your data being stored and processed in these locations.

Your data stays as long as your account exists.
If you cancel your subscription, we keep your training data and reports for one year, so your history is there if you come back.
If you request account deletion, we delete your data and photos within thirty days, except payment records.
Payment records and invoices are kept for ten years, as accounting law requires.
Deleted photos are permanently removed from storage, with no copy kept.

You can request a copy of your data.
You can correct any incorrect detail directly from your account.
You can request deletion of your account and data, and we act on it within a reasonable period except what the law requires us to retain.
You can delete any photo you uploaded at any time.

Passwords are stored encrypted and we cannot read them.
Access to member data is limited to the team members who need it.
If a breach affects your data, we notify you and the competent authority as required by law.
